More excellent service

Not often you get a well run company. But these guys really make things easier. It’s it PIR they use there well trained drivers and anything else like rockwool etc the driver asked me if I wanted the pallet or take it back.
That’s good for a domestic setting. Thank you guys once again.

Efficient company, shame about the product

A good and efficient company.
We were under the impression that rockwools flexislab has a compressable edge to ease fitting. Unfortunately it doesnt compress, and we found ourselves repeatably having to cut 3cm off a long edge to get it fitted.

Rockwool RWA45 slab

As a product, absolutely brilliant. Does the job and easy to install. More important was the customer service I received. The agent not only explained that my original product would not do the job but pointed me to a better product which was slightly cheaper. The delivery was speedy and on time too.

Really handy sized product used to insulate a park home in between 40mm battens.
