Knauf Ceiling Insulation

  • Knauf Loft Roll 44 Combi Cut: This is used for insulating cold-pitched roofs at ceiling level. It’s supplied cut to size and is partially perforated for flexible joist use, making it incredibly easy to install. 
  • Rocksilk Soffit Linerboard (Standard):  This is a rock mineral wool slab used to insulate non-exposed structural soffits in underground car park applications. They’re highly sound absorbing and can be installed without requiring access to the above floor. 
  • Rocksilk Soffit Linerboard Extra: This is similar to the standard version but features an impact-resistant cementitious facing board required in semi-exposed areas like open-sided car parks.

Knauf Roof Insulation

  • Knauf Rafter Roll: This is a solution to all-year-round heat loss as it’s designed for use in warm roofs for insulating the rafters. It’s highly flexible, can be cut down to your required size, and has high sound absorption to reduce unwanted external noise. 
  • Factoryclad Roll: Used for insulating built-up metal roofs and walls. This is available in long lengths for easy installation, is incredibly durable and controls internal sound reverberation very well.

Knauf Floor Insulation

  • Knauf Insulation Acoustic Roll: Designed for use in internal wall and floor applications. It’s incredibly easy to install as they arrive ready-cut and fit between studs close to joints to maximise acoustic performance. 
  • Rocksilk® Acoustic Floor Slab: Substantially reduces inter-storey sound transfer in residential and commercial buildings. These meet the acoustic requirements of separating floors.

Knauf Wall Insulation

  • Knauf Cavity Slabs: These are designed for insulating external full-fill cavity walls and handle even the most severe weather conditions. They’re easy to install, fitting effortlessly between wall ties. Knauf Dritherm Slabs 32 & 37 are similar, however, 32 has a greater thermal performance of  0.032 W/mK compared to 0.037 W/mK.
  • Knauf Masonry Party Slabs: These are used in masonry separating party walls, fully filling them to prevent party wall thermal bypass, contributing towards a zero effective U-value.

Multi-Use Knauf Insulation

  • Frametherm: Used in timber frame applications between stud work, preventing air movement and infiltration to reduce heat loss. 
  • Omnifit: This is a glass mineral wool roll used for timber and steel frame applications including floors, roofs, walls and ceilings. 
  • Rocksilk Rainscreen Slab: Used as sheathing insulation in rain-screen façade systems on any building no matter the height. It’s made with a water-repellent additive to resist moisture ingress. 
  • Rocksilk Building Slabs (RS45, RS60, RS100 and RS140): Highly versatile insulation slabs providing thermal, fire and acoustic protection in floor, wall, ceiling, light steel and timber frame applications.
