Although on occasion, delivery times may vary due to factors like geographical location and product availability from local suppliers. After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation, but the expected delivery date will only be provided on a later email once our sales team processes your order, which we aim to do on the same working day for orders placed before 3pm.

To amend your order, email sales@nationalinsulationsupplies.com or call 020 3004 5451 with your request. If the order hasn’t been fully processed, we can usually assist with adding or removing items, changing materials, or updating delivery information.
Yes, a signature from someone aged 18 or above is required. Ensure you are happy with the goods before signing. If no one is available to assist with offloading, notify us at least 24 hours before delivery.
If it's urgent, call us on 020 3004 5451 and we'll contact our supplier immediately. You can also email sales@nationalinsulationsupplies.com with your order number and delivery postcode. We'll investigate and respond promptly.
Nope, unfortunately we don't ship internationally. We do however, offer nationwide delivery across the UK (Northern Ireland excluded). The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and can arrange shipping to other UK locations. Call us 020 3004 5451 for specific delivery enquiries.
We offer free shipping to mainland UK on orders over £500. Orders under £500 ex VAT incur a £50 ex VAT delivery charge. For deliveries outside the UK or to hard-to-reach areas, please contact us.
Order processing operates during business days, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 3pm, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery times depend on stock availability and your location. You won't get a delivery date until our sales team processes your order. We aim to process orders placed before 3pm on the same day, but there may be delays if we need to contact you about your order. Once any issues are resolved, we'll continue processing. After processing, you'll receive an email with your expected delivery date.
Most orders are delivered on HGVs ranging from 7.5 tonne - 26-tonne. If your delivery address cannot accommodate this, contact us immediately. If the driver deems the address inaccessible, a redelivery fee may apply, and rescheduling may take up to three days.
You can request your preferred delivery date by adding a comment on the website cart page. While we try to meet this date, it’s a request, not a guarantee. Our team will make every effort to schedule delivery for your desired date, taking into consideration the lead time associated with the product(s) you've ordered. Please refer to the specific lead-time indicated for each product on our website to ensure alignment with your delivery expectations.
A member of National Insulation Supplies or a driver from our designated supplier generally call on the day of delivery.
