We maintain a zero-tolerance stance towards modern slavery and are committed to conducting our business ethically and with integrity. Our aim is to ensure that modern slavery is eradicated from our operations and supply chain.We are dedicated to promoting transparency within our business and tackling modern slavery across our supply chain. We expect our contractors, suppliers, and business partners to adhere to the same high standards. Our contracting processes include stringent prohibitions against forced or trafficked labour, slavery, or servitude. We also expect our suppliers to impose similar standards on their own supply chains.
This policy applies to all individuals working for us or on our behalf, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, volunteers, and business partners.
Responsibility for the Policy
Management at all levels is responsible for ensuring compliance with our legal and ethical obligations and ensuring that all individuals under our control adhere to this policy. They are tasked with implementing the policy, monitoring its effectiveness, handling any related queries, and auditing internal control systems and procedures.
Compliance
Preventing, detecting, and reporting modern slavery within our business or supply chain is the responsibility of all individuals working for us or under our control. Any activity suggesting a breach of this policy must be avoided. Individuals are encouraged to report any suspicions or concerns about modern slavery promptly. They should notify their manager or report it in accordance with our Whistleblowing Policy.
Communication and Awareness
Training on this policy and the risks posed by modern slavery in our supply chain will be provided where necessary. Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery will be communicated to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners at the outset and reinforced as required.Policy Breaches
Any employee breaching this policy may face disciplinary action, including dismissal. Individuals or organisations working on our behalf found to breach this policy may have their relationship with us terminated.This policy does not form part of any employee's contract of employment and may be amended at any time.
